About Kevin Oyler

Kevin Oyler is completing his first term on the Spanish Fork City Council. A lifelong resident of Spanish Fork and the son of David and Susan Oyler, Kevin graduated from Spanish Fork High School in 1996. He went on to serve a mission for The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Venezuela before earning a bachelor’s degree in Information Technology from Utah Valley State College.

Kevin works as a Business Intelligence Analyst at Nu Skin Enterprises, where he helps teams make informed decisions through data. He and his wife, Angela, are proud parents of four children—Dillon, Jayden, Ashlyn, and Nolan. Kevin enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s camping with his family or working in the yard. Before being elected to the city council, he served for four years on the Spanish Fork Planning Commission, gaining valuable experience in city planning and development.
